    El entrenador en jefe de los Steelers Mike Tomlin no rehuyó mirar hacia adelante al partido de la Semana 15 frente a los New England Patriots que podría definir la ventaja en el campo local en una posible revancha por el título de la Conferencia Americana si todo funciona según el guión.

    En una entrevista con Tony Dungy de la NBC antes del triunfo en horario estelar de la noche del domingo 31-28 sobre los Packers, Tomlin dijo que tiene el equipo que puede "ganarlo todo" y señaló que el juego con los Patriots sería clave.


    "Voy a abrazar al elefante en la habitación. (El juego va a ser) fuegos artificiales", dijo Tomlin antes del triunfo del domingo, vía ESPN. "Y probablemente sea la Parte 1. Ese va a ser un gran juego.

    "Pidió que hablara no como entrenador", dijo Tomlin. "Así que estaba teniendo una conversación con un viejo amigo. Sabes que tengo respeto por este proceso.     Es refrescante escuchar a un entrenador evitar el mantra de "un juego a la vez" y mostrar honestidad. Si Tomlin simplemente hubiese abandonado la ruta del entrenador, cada espectador se hubiera burlado de todos modos.


    Ambos en 9-2, los Steelers y Patriots son la clase de una AFC trabajadora. Con la Semana 15 configurando como un juego que podría decidir quién aloja el choque del título de la AFC, no es demasiado temprano para comenzar a mirar hacia adelante.
