    Entre portazos del fan fest y una goleada sorpresiva, Rusia festejó

    Los rusos se vieron sorprendidos por el intempestivo triunfo de su selección y se desbordaron en alegría.

    Llegó la ansiada fecha, esperaron años para este momento y por fin se hizo realidad. Rusia 2018 ya está aquí y con ellos una cara rusa de la que en Occidente se tienen algunos indicios, pero nada como verlo en primera fila.

    La radio y la televisión comenzaron muy temprano su transmisión y, cómo no, si hacía más de 30 años que Rusia no albergaba un evento de tal magnitud.

    Las calles de Moscú se iban poblando de playeras de Arabia Saudita y de Rusia, aunque en su gran mayoría apelan a las banderas para alentar a su selección.

    México y Perú, ni hablar, en ambos casos hicieron que la Plaza Roja, el Fan Fest, el Luzhniki, el metro y todo fueran una extraña combinación del Cielito Lindo y el Vamos Perú.

    Llegó la hora y todos los caminos apuntaban al metro. Sí, el metro que aunque bastante confuso para todos aquellos a los que el alfabeto cirílico no les es nada familiar pero que les hace evitar el intenso tráfico que este jueves, por momentos, colapsó la capital rusa.

    Se acercó la hora de la inauguración y con ella, el llamado a la convención que cada cuatro años reúne a todo tipo de raza, creencia, religión, afición por equipo, ideología política y cualquier tema que podría ser una barrera.

    Es el día en el que la única nación se llama fútbol.


    Aquellos que no pudieron entrar siguieron la lógica... el Fan Fest donde todo se desbordó.

    Las autoridades habían señalado que 25 mil personas serían recibidas, pero entraron 30 mil que la policía pudo contener... hasta qué cayó el primer gol.

    Gazinski hizo explotar el Luzhnikí, la Universidad de Moscú (sede del Fan Fest), el Kremlin y todo lo que la capital rusa tenía.

    Ahí el Fan Fest se desbordó, decenas, cientos de jóvenes querían entrar a cómo diera lugar sin saber qué dentro había fila de dos horas para poder comprar algo de comer y de tomar mejor ni recordamos.

    Cientos y cientos entraron y la policía montada rusa reaccionaba pero lo hacía sabedora de que el mundo los estaba viendo. No era momento para que el vandalismo recibiera una reprimenda de tal categoría. Al final todos querían ver fútbol.

    Llegó el segundo, el tercero, cuarto y quinto sobre el final. Moscú se volvió una sucursal del júbilo, ese que al menos les permite soñar con la siguiente ronda de su Copa del Mundo.
