    Arizona volvió a firmar el veterano corredor Chris Johnson con un contrato de un año, anunció el equipo el jueves a través de un comunicado.

    A punto de cumplir 32 años de edad en septiembre, el veterano tendrá que lidiar la batalla por la suplencia con Kerwynn Williams y Andre Ellington detrás del titular indiscutido.

    Aunque el joven Johnson insiste en que puede manejar 30 toques por partido, nunca fue una propuesta realista para Bruce Arians que está negado a probar esa noción. Es raro que cualquier corredor de la NFL vuelva a tocar el balón hasta 25 veces por partido en el transcurso de una temporada de 16 partidos.

    El artista antes conocido como CJ2K logró resucitar una carrera estancada en el desierto, corriendo para más de 800 yardas antes de que una tibia agrietada terminara su temporada de 2015 a finales de noviembre.
