    Dallas teme que sea grave la lesión en la rodilla de Anthony Hitchens

    La defensiva de los Cowboys podría haber sufrido otro golpe serio el sábado por la noche.

    Dallas teme que el apoyador Anthony Hitchens haya sufrido una lesión en la rodilla que termine con su temporada, informó Ian Rapoport de NFL Network, según fuentes informadas de la situación. Una resonancia magnética espera a Hitchens, que debería arrancar en el puesto de linebacker medio. De acuerdo a Rapoport, el equipo cree que Hitchens se rompió los ligamentos.

    Los Cowboys tienen algún tipo de seguro en caso de que Hitchens se pierda durante un tiempo significativo, listando al veterano linebacker Justin Durant detrás de Hitchens en dos de profundidad. Durant no jugó el sábado, pero se espera que esté listo para jugar en la Semana 1.

    También está la presencia de Jaylon Smith, que continúa su largo camino de regreso de una importante lesión de rodilla sufrida en enero de 2016. Sin embargo, de acuerdo a Stephen Jones, Dallas probablemente no cambiará por necesidad el plan que tienen con Smith.
